Responsibilities

  • Manage classrooms in the teacher’s absence
  • Follow lesson plans and ensure work is completed
  • Promote a positive and focused learning environment
  • Manage behaviour in line with school policies
  • Work alongside teaching assistants
  • Support student learning and well‑being
  • Communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents
  • Cover a variety of subject lessons including English, Maths, Science, History, Geography, PE, ICT, Art, Music, Design & Technology, Welsh, Religious Education and PSHE
