Role Summary

The basic function of a Course Supervisor is to ensure the daily operations of Ziptrek are running smoothly, safely, and efficiently, maximizing guest enjoyment. Course Supervisors coordinate the tasks and activities of Shuttle Drivers and Tour Guides (including Senior Tour Guides).

Who we’re looking for

  • Proven leadership skills and decision-making skills.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiastic leader.
  • Excellent interpersonal / communication skills.
  • 80 hr current First Aid (OFA 3, OEC or WFR).
  • Class 4 Unrestricted BC Driver’s License.
  • Very physically active with the ability to lift 100 lbs and a demonstrated aptitude for rope rigging skills.
  • (Adventure) A tourism degree is advantageous
