Courier Team Lead

Overview

This position is an interview role designed to assist management in overseeing daily sort, delivery and pickup activities, as well as remote domicile location and feeder operations where applicable. The incumbent leads the assigned sector, ensures best practices and effective operations, and serves as a mentor and role model for hourly employees, demonstrating strong communication, conflict resolution and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned sector to ensure efficient and high‑quality sort, delivery and pickup operations.
• Oversee remote domicile location and feeder operations as required.
• Model best practices and mentor hourly employees.
• Demonstrate effective communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of current courier experience.
