DiDi’s Courier Labs team seeks a Courier Innovation Specialist to drive business growth and operational excellence in last-mile delivery. You will identify partnerships, lead negotiations, onboard partners, and optimize supplier operations to enhance throughput and service quality.

In this fast-paced role, you will recruit couriers, design salary and incentive policies, and monitor KPIs such as courier retention and delivery experience.
