Compensation

➤ $30/hour base rate (per estimated delivery hour)

➤ Finish early? Keep the full payout — your hourly rate goes up

➤ Most experienced drivers earn $35–$45+/hour

➤ Customer tips go directly to you — Weels never takes a cut

➤ HST is paid on top of your earnings — doesn't come out of pocket

➤ Paid weekly via direct deposit (Stripe)
