Shift Pattern: Double Days

Overview

This role is within a well‑established manufacturing business in Leicester. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability and minimising downtime, working in a fast‑paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Carry out reactive breakdown repairs.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Prerequisites

  • Proven multi‑skilled maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical fault‑finding ability.
