Courier Driver

We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our operations team in Klang & Shah Alam. The role requires strong commitment to quality, discipline in following standard operating procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities – Delivery Driver (Last Mile / Parcel Delivery)
• Collect parcels from assigned hub or warehouse according to daily route assignment.
• Deliver parcels to customers within the designated delivery area in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all parcels are properly scanned and Proof of Delivery (POD) is completed accurately (100%).
• Handle parcels with care to prevent damage, loss, or customer complaints.
• Manage failed deliveries by following SOP and returning parcels to the hub within the same day or next working day.
