Front of House/Reservations -⁠⁠Manage guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms -⁠⁠Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately -⁠⁠Maintain up-to-date reservation records and guest information -⁠⁠Coordinate guest arrivals and departures (check-in/check-out) -⁠⁠Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression -⁠⁠Provide information on lodge facilities, activities, and services -⁠⁠Liaise with housekeeping, guiding, and operations teams for smooth guest experiences -⁠⁠Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently -⁠⁠Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction -⁠⁠Perform general front desk administrative duties Prior hospitality or lodge experience is advantageous.
