The Assistant Lodge Manager Couple, will support the Lodge Manager in the day-to-day operation of the lodge, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay while maintaining the highest standards across all departments.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Leading and motivating lodge staff through a hands-on management style.
- Overseeing Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage operations.
- Assisting with lodge administration, reporting and operational planning.
- Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service throughout the lodge.
