• 5+ yrs of experience in Coupa application configuration and support
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Coupa and integrating applications
• Strong functional experience in Procurement, Sourcing and Supply Chain management processes
• Strong experience in Coupa application support covering invoice processing, payments, and expense management
• Incident Management - Provides end user support for Coupa application
