Purpose

The Country Success Manager ensures that the Siemens goals and objectives are aligned within the Zone and across the responsible LCB's. This requires managing and orchestration of tasks from BU Headquarters towards regions and developing and executing the business plan & breakdown into TPEs for the country. Responsibilities of the country success manager involve supporting budget and forecast planning & monitoring for the regions and establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as customers and partners. They orchestrate portfolio priorities, country strategies, pricing operations between Zone & the responsible LCB's. Additionally, they are responsible for identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise in the LCB's as well as reporting and communicating progress, performance and feedback to Domain and Zone management.
