Job Description

  • Monitor and oversees sales to achieve corporate revenue goals.
  • Crate strategy and implementing a sales plan that expands the customer base and market
  • Managing recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Evaluating the performance of the sales team.
  • Hands-on with sales members in their assigned duties.
  • Representing company brand in sales conferences and trade shows.
