Country Operations Manager

Position Purpose

The Country Operations Manager works closely with the General Manager, ensuring the smooth coordination and optimal performance of all on‑site operations. This includes ensuring high performance in country operations such as Continuous Improvement initiatives, achieving site cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and governance across Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Security, and Facilities. The Senior Country Operations Manager is critical to providing oversight to site Operations and providing a crucial link to all site’s functions. The core objective is to create a safe, efficient, and high‑performing operational environment that enables the site to achieve its strategic and business goals.
