Country Manager

You are a hands‑on Country Manager ready to shape and grow Betsson’s presence in Brazil. In this role, you will act as the local market leader, connecting global strategy with strong local execution. Your work will directly impact growth, customer experience, and long‑term success in one of our most exciting markets.

Brazil is one of the most exciting and competitive markets in the industry, and this role will be central to how Betsson grows locally. You will act as the voice and owner of the Brazil market, working closely with global and central teams while ensuring that local execution is fast, relevant, commercially effective and customer‑focused. This is not a purely strategic role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being close to the numbers, the market, the customer and the day‑to‑day execution.
