Country Manager - Generic Formulation (Pharma)

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic  Country Manager – Germany  to lead our  Generic Formulations business , with a strong focus on  l  tender business  and  AOK tenders .

This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth from the current €35 million to €50 million in the next fiscal year, through effective  tender management, strategic partnerships, and operational leadership .

The ideal candidate will have  10–15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry , with a  minimum of 5 years in a Country Head or equivalent leadership role  for  generic formulations in Germany .

Prior experience and deep understanding of  AOK tender processes and hospital procurement systems  will be a strong asset.
