Job Description

As the Branch/Country Manager you will be responsible for the next period of growth and diversification. You will build on the strength, reputation and income stream of its current core product category and leverage the Group wide expertise whilst building a local team of specific product and functional experts to offer breadth across the parents' specialty insurance product portfolio.

You will manage the branch P&L, build a team of underwriters, analysts and broker account and new business development team members based out of new offices in Dublin and build the companys' presence and strengths with its key intermediaries and clients across multiple industry sector groups. You will train, supervise and develop its employees and plan, forecast and budget for a coherent and efficient approach towards client management in order to achieve agreed targets and KP.
