Country Manager – Brazil

CTdoAgro is recruiting a Country Manager Brazil for Maxunitech Inc. , a global technology-driven company specializing in R&D, manufacturing, and commercialization of agrochemical products, aquatic ecological restoration, and environmental engineering.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and grow profitable market share for Maxunitech products in Brazil through strategic sales and customer development.
  • Develop and implement the country commercial and operational plan, including sales forecasts and KPIs.
  • Oversee local operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with global standards.
  • Negotiate strategic accounts and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to build the strategic plan and tactical actions.
