Job Description

Our client is  is looking for a talented Country Manager to head-up our activity in Brazil. This person will be based in Bogota, but it is important that it has knowledge of Brazilian's market.
Responsabilities:
  • Full P&L responsibility of Brazil  
  • Customer experience, lifecycle management and leveraging customer insight, you will drive customer engagement through effective customer marketing and an optimized site experience 
  • Further develop brand identity, driving awareness and loyalty with new and existing consumers 
  • Leverage all available resource within the organisation to drive market growth 
  • Implement a customer experience strategy that contributes to a well-differentiated regional proposition 
  • Recruit, lead and develop a best in class team, ensuring that useable customer data and insight informs and guides commercial and operational decisions
