Job Description

PRTR is now working with the leading insurers to find a potential candidate to play the role of IT Service Continuity Management. This position expects me to be strong in IT Service Management, able to work standalone and report to international teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and completing ITSCM audit actions.
  • Managing Group-led risk assessment of critical IT.
  • Maintaining relevant DR documentation, risk profiles/reviews, essential IT services/list mappings, DR changes, etc.
  • Working closely with the BCM manager to ensure that all preventive measures and recovery mechanisms for the case of IT service continuity/disaster events are subject to regular testing.
  • Presenting ITSCM topics at relevant governance/management meetings
  • Partnering with colleagues across the IT Function (Change, IT, Facilities, and Data) to ensure the availability of all IT services at all times.
