To play as a strategic partner in advising and executing HR initiatives in different Vietnam operations to align the Group’s people development strategy and driving business results. To assist all HRM in Vietnam operations in implementing policies, practices, activities and to provide a full spectrum of HR services and programs linked to organizational needs and objectives to support the long-term business objectives of the company. To work closely with Senior HRM (overseas), Group HR, Project Directors, local HRM, and Vietnam Operation Leadership team to support the achievement of organizational and country goals through the development, implementation and management of HR activities.
