Position Overview

The HR Director, Ireland serves as the senior HR leader for Abbott’s operations in Ireland, setting the vision for Abbott as an employer of choice and providing strategic direction for HR. This role partners with business leaders and global HR teams to align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and ensure compliance with Irish labor laws. The Director will lead talent strategies, foster a high-performance culture, and enable workforce agility through data-driven insights and technology.
