Formative Search is partnering with a well-capitalised, technology-led renewable energy fund entering the Philippines to build and scale a solar and battery energy storage (BESS) focused business. Backed by a long-term investment horizon and committed, the platform is designed for scale, speed, and disciplined execution.

This is a founding leadership role as the Country Head will be responsible for establishing and growing the Philippines platform end-to-end, shaping strategy, originating and executing projects, building partnerships, and deploying capital across solar and storage assets. The role combines country leadership, business development, investment oversight, and execution accountability.
