Executive Search Partner - People Profilers, on behalf of a global Adtech company, is hiring Country Head based in HCMC, Vietnam.


A - Responsibilities:


  • Create and implement the GTM plan for Vietnam market, ensuring it fits in with the larger goals of the organization
  • Boost and responsible for the sales generation in order to guarantee the expansion of the business's market share
  • Recruit and oversee a top-notch sales and operations team, offering direction and assistance to guarantee their success
  • Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and the competitive environment to spot emerging opportunities and threat
  • Develop and nuture solid relationships with media outlets and brands in Vietnam, fostering long-lasting collaborations and trust
  • Report and update the company's global executive team on a regular basis
