Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  3. Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system and pharmaceutical regulations.
  4. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Excellent working relation with all the major wholesalers and pharmacy chains in Canada
  6. Experience in managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
