Role: The Country General Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the overall operations, commercial performance, growth, and strategic direction of the company in Zimbabwe. This role is accountable for driving operational excellence, profitability, franchise support, brand compliance, and business expansion across the country. The successful candidate must be permanently based in Zimbabwe and possess a strong understanding of the local business environment, labour legislation, statutory requirements, and regulatory processes. They will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining relationships with government authorities, suppliers, landlords, and key stakeholders while ensuring the business operates in full compliance with Zimbabwean legislation.
