The Company
Globe 24-7 in partnership with a key client are working together to source experienced and qualified Country Exploration Manager for their office in Baluchistan. This will be a FIFO role 10 weeks on /3 weeks off .
The Responsibilities
Lead and manage all exploration activities in Pakistan, delivering approved programs from concept through execution toward economically viable discoveries.
Develop and implement exploration strategies, targets, budgets, and schedules while ensuring technical excellence and industry best practices.
Oversee field operations, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Manage budgets, expenditures, contractor performance, and reporting to ensure cost-effective and timely program delivery.
Build and sustain a high-performance exploration organization through leadership, mentoring, recruitment, and continuous technical development.
