Position Responsibilities

  • Direct daily Credit, Collections and Cash Application operations, ensuring strong performance and high-quality customer service.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to shape strategy and drive process improvements.

  • Develop and implement credit procedures to maximize cash flow and reduce financial risk.

  • Monitor internal audits to assess workflows and individual performance, identifying coaching opportunities.

  • Mentor and onboard new team members, reinforcing a positive company culture and efficient operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience with 7+ years of proven leadership experience.
