Position Responsibilities
Direct daily Credit, Collections and Cash Application operations, ensuring strong performance and high-quality customer service.
Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to shape strategy and drive process improvements.
Develop and implement credit procedures to maximize cash flow and reduce financial risk.
Monitor internal audits to assess workflows and individual performance, identifying coaching opportunities.
Mentor and onboard new team members, reinforcing a positive company culture and efficient operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
10+ years of relevant work experience with 7+ years of proven leadership experience.
