Country CFO

Our client is an established fintech, seeking an established and commercially astute Country CFO to stabilise, strengthen and lead its Australian finance function during a critical transitional phase.

This is a pivotal leadership role with immediate impact. The business operates across multiple customer bases, with a strong B2B focus, and is preparing for significant transformation.

The Opportunity

You will step into a finance function that requires structure, credibility and leadership. You will be required to:

• Improve reporting quality and elevate standards
• Strengthen compliance, controls and regulatory alignment
• Lead the function through change and engage with external stakeholders
• Drive accountability and performance across a partly offshore team
• Act as a trusted partner to divisional and group leadership
