Job Description
The main purpose of the role is to act as an independent accounting expert, ensuring the delivery of all accounting and reporting processes in scope. The person is fully responsible for the completeness of books and for the timely and correct reporting of accounting figures for the assigned entity(ies).
Key Responsibilities
Perform accounting and reporting tasks (incl. audit) in line with defined processes, standard operating procedures, and work instructions; update process documentation as required
Execute period-end tasks for assigned entity(ies), perform reconciliation and clearing of accounts, report actuals in the reporting system in a timely manner, and meet quality targets
Secure compliance according to internal procedures and legislation, support the Senior Country Accountant in the preparation of the financial statements and tax reporting obligations
