Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Ensures smooth, accurate, and efficient checkout operations, including managing POS system functionality.

Staff Management: Prepares schedules, handles absences, and trains cashiers on customer engagement initiatives.

Customer Service: Manages queuing and directs traffic to maintain a high-level customer experience.

Administrative Duties: Supports the Counter Manager and handles inventory or reporting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

Experience: At least 1 year in cashiering, customer service, or bank operations.

Skills: Knowledgeable in credit card transaction processes and POS, with strong leadership and communication abilities.
