Counter Manager - Fareham

Overview

We are currently searching for a Part‑time Counter Manager (22.5 hours across four peak trading days) to work at Boots Fareham. The role is a solo counter position, so no prior team‑management experience is required, though the manager will handle certain management aspects.

Responsibilities

• Brow services & revenue generation: provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to maintain high customer satisfaction and drive repeat appointments.
• Target‑driven sales: connect with customers, demonstrate products, and consistently meet individual sales targets to support overall counter goals.
• Business growth: develop innovative in‑store and external events through collaborations, product launches, and charity initiatives to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Stock optimisation: ensure the counter is fully stocked, monitor inventory levels, and report concerns to the Area Manager to minimise lost sales opportunities.
