Job Description
We are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy automotive logistics operation based in the Bottesford / Long Bennington area of Nottinghamshire. This is a temporary ongoing role expected to last a minimum of 6 months.
The successful candidates will be responsible for unloading vehicles from shipping containers, supporting the smooth movement of stock throughout the site, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Unloading cars and vehicle parts from containers
- Moving vehicles and stock around the yard area
- Carrying out daily vehicle and equipment checks
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Assisting with general warehouse and logistics duties when required
- Reporting any damages or operational issues promptly
