Location : Remote (After 2 months of training WFO)
Timings : 11 am to 8 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for student admissions
- Counsel students and parents about courses (K-8 / 9–12 / NEET / JEE / Foundation)
- Explain course structure, fee details, and EMI options clearly
- Convert leads into enrolments through effective objection handling
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions
- Achieve assigned monthly revenue and admission targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Eligibility Criteria (Acceptable Backgrounds)
1️⃣ Insurance Sales (Life / Health / General)
- Minimum 1–2 years outbound telesales experience
- Strong in trust building and financial justification
- Excellent objection handling skills
2️⃣ Ed-Tech Sales & Counselling
- Experience in K-8 / 9–12 / NEET / JEE / Foundation segments
