This position is responsible for oversight of all clinical treatment, programming and staff. This position also includes responsibility for resident counseling and all other essential services required in the treatment process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Responsible for carrying a resident caseload.
+ Assists the Clinical Coordinator with the development of other clinical staff members.
+ Completes clinical documentation, reporting and record keeping.
+ Assists with monitoring of clinical documentation and utilization review processes as assigned.
