Counselor

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about JEE/NEET courses , curriculum, and learning plans
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and walk-ins
Explain course features, fees, batch details, and learning methodology
Maintain student data and follow-ups in CRM
Build strong relationships with students and parents
Achieve enrollment and conversion targets
Coordinate with academic and operations teams
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus)
Basic understanding of JEE/NEET exam structure
Convincing and counseling skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
Target-oriented mindset
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Training & Growth:
Complete training will be provided on JEE/NEET counseling
Clear career growth path to Senior Counselor / Team Lead
