Job Description

Position

Kellington Counselling & Support is looking to contract a Masters-level counsellor who will work with children, youth and their families to support regulation, coping skills and social-emotional wellness. This is a one-year term with potential to extend, and can be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide counselling services to children, youth and families focusing on regulation, coping skills, and social-emotional wellness.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology or clinical counselling.
  • Good standing with applicable governing body.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and neurodiverse-affirming principles.
  • Training in a specialized modality or APE is an asset.
  • Training or experience working clinically with children is required.

Compensation
