What You’ll Do:

- Assist in counselling students and parents regarding PW programs (JEE/NEET/Foundation, etc.)

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify and nurture leads

- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM
