Couchbase DBA

We are seeking an experienced Couchbase Database Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Couchbase in production environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cluster management, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and automation, while ensuring high availability, security, and compliance across multi-node and multi-region deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cluster Management: Design, deploy, and manage Couchbase clusters in production, staging, and development environments, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
• Performance Tuning & Query Optimization: Analyze slow queries, optimize N1QL queries, indexes, and JSON data models, and monitor system performance using tools such as Couchbase UI, Prometheus, and Grafana.
