Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Montana COTA license or ability to obtain required state licensure prior to start.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Client requires ability to work in a long-term care environment and provide standard COTA duties under OT supervision.
