Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric therapy team in Naples, FL. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L), the COTA will play a key role in delivering play-based, goal-oriented therapy to children with developmental, sensory, fine motor, and self-care challenges. This position helps children build the skills they need for greater independence and participation in everyday activities.



Job Responsibilities:

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising OTR.

Provide direct intervention focusing on fine motor skills, sensory integration, visual-motor skills, ADLs, and self-regulation.

Accurately document therapy sessions, attendance, and observations in accordance with clinic and regulatory guidelines.
