We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager based at the Milton Office and covering Ontario's Southwestern region.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice‑President, Sales, the Customer Experience Manager will lead the Customer Experience team to ensure customer satisfaction through proper development, implementation, and execution of sales policies and procedures. Specifically, they will directly supervise three Customer Experience Coordinators and a total of about ten team members, including Dispatchers and Customer Experience Representatives located in Milton, Bolton, Cambridge, and Woodstock.
