Costing Senior Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate product cost sheets, BOM costing, and standard costing data for finished goods and components.
Analyze material, labor, overhead, and conversion cost variances and provide clear explanations for deviations against standards.
Support month-end costing close, including inventory valuation, cost adjustments, and reconciliation of cost-related accounts.
Coordinate with production, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to validate cost drivers, usage data, and operational inputs.
Review and monitor scrap, wastage, yield losses, and production efficiency, highlighting improvement opportunities.
Support pricing, margin analysis, and cost impact assessments for new products, revisions, and business decisions.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and standard cost revisions in coordination with the Line Manager.
