1. Cost Analysis
- Conduct thorough analysis of production costs, including materials, labor and overhead.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for cost reduction.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for management review.
- Develop accurate cost estimates for new products and projects.
- Work closely with production, engineering & NPI teams to gather necessary data for cost calculations.
- Update cost models as needed based on changes in materials, labor rates or production processes.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecast.
- Monitor actual costs against budgeted amounts and report variances.
