The main missions of the role are to:

1. Strategic Leadership & Team Setup -

  • Establish and lead the BG Costing Center of Excellence in India. -
  •  Accelerate the learning curve of existing team and new talent by facilitating & implementing a structured training program.·
  • Extend and develop a multidisciplinary costing team covering Metals, plastics, foams, covers, electronics, and packaging commodities and lead towards complete scope of Costing.·
  • Define governance, KPIs, and performance metrics for the India team aligned with global standards and expectations.·
  • Ensure operational governance of day to day Costing activities for Acquisition, Program and serial life for full costing scope of Internal value add, BOP, tooling including CO2 assessment
