Core Responsibilities

Design & Estimation

• Drawing & process study along with GD & T application for different Heavy Fabrication projects or manufacturing process.
• Cost Estimation of Heavy Fabrication projects as per drawing or client requirements.
• Feasibility study & understanding Customer requirement.
• Supporting the marketing team in preparing the techno commercial quotation.

Project Management & Optimization

• Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects.
• Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources.
• Implemented T.P.M, T.Q.M and Kaizen for Process/ productivity improvement.
• Work on targets defined in Key Performance Indicators.

Documentation

• Preparing WPS, PQR, WPQ as per standard.
