Costing Bookkeeper (Expert Level)
We are looking for an expert-level Cost Bookkeeper to manage complex accounting for a travel industry business. This role requires advanced experience in multi-currency accounting, Stripe reconciliation, and job costing, as well as the ability to clean up historical records. Intermediate-level bookkeepers will not be considered.
And we're looking for a Costing Bookkeeper (Expert Level) to start immediately
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handle transaction entries, reconciliations, and full A/P and A/R management
Manage and reconcile multi-currency accounts
Process and reconcile Stripe transactions, including fees and payouts
Prepare and audit job costing reports for accuracy and profitability
Review and correct historical accounting records
Maintain clean and accurate books in QuickBooks Online
