Job Description

• Accrual: Conducts detailed cost analysis and continuously monitors monthly linehaul expenses for Intra-Luzon and Inter-Island operations to ensure accuracy and alignment within budget allocations.
• Reconciliation: Performs monthly budget reconciliation by comparing accruals versus billings, and provides insights and recommendations based on findings for both Intra-Luzon and Inter-Island operations
• Operational Cost: Develops, maintains, and updates a fuel allocation matrix on a national scale to efficiently distribute resources across truck operations.
• Operational Cost: Validates and processes reimbursement requests for fuel and toll expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies for both dry lease and third-party vehicles.
