Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and recording all purchasing invoices, accruals, prepayment, and fixed assets.
  • Managing cost and inventory transactions.
  • Constructing the cost calculation of purchasing stock.
  • Recording overseas importing products transactions and related tax.
  • Preparing and updating the standard cost.
  • Analyzing standard, actual cost, and variances for inaccuracies.
  • Controlling and analyzing project costs.
  • Monitoring costing and all inventories.
  • Preparing the profit margin analysis.
  • Conducting the physical stock take.
  • Identifying and recommending cost-effective solutions.
