COSTI is seeking a full-time Mentoring Coach to enhance community and employer engagement efforts in Vaughan. This on-site role empowers internationally trained individuals through effective job search guidance and mentoring.
As a Mentoring Coach, your focus will be on screening candidates, facilitating mentoring matches, and providing comprehensive support throughout the employment journey. You will engage with employers, organize job fairs, and assess client needs to drive successful outcomes.
