POSITION SUMMARY
Meets with current and prospective members to increase Costco Membership sign-ups and sales, maintains renewal capture rates, and develops Gold Star companies. Continually strives to improve Costco’s corporate image as a concerned and active member of the community. Introduces Costco to the community in new market areas and as an active participant in warehouse pre-openings. Makes Business and Gold Star Membership renewal calls. Tracks sales, sign-ups, and incentive programs. Provides prompt and courteous member service. Follows proper safety and security
procedures and standards.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Canvases businesses located in the warehouse sales area in person and by phone to promote membership and foster sales. Conducts
